The Offer
Newsletters … 3 to Choose From!
First, I want to thank and congratulate you for your interest in promoting your business.
A monthly e-newsletter is an effective way to keep in touch with clients and prospects.
You’ve probably known for some time that you should have one. Well, you’ll get no argument from me.
More businesses are promoting themselves with newsletters than ever before.
Why?
- They are the perfect medium to promote properties you are selling.
- They help establish you as the professional who knows the market.
- They’re free and non-obligatory.
- They cost nothing to send.
- They provide an excellent return-on-investment.
- You can be effective sending them just once a month.
Some of us are more hands-on than others, so I’ve designed three different offers to choose from. Hopefully, one will be right for you.
1. Cut and Paste – I’ll provide you with content and you cut and paste it into an email with the properties you want to promote.
2. Pick your properties and I’ll do the rest – I’ll create your newsletter for you. You just send me the properties you want to promote and I’ll write a nice introduction with market information and other relevant content that is worth knowing. I would recommend you write a personal note to the recipients that would replace or personalize the market information. To see an example, click here.
3. A legitimate Newsletter – The first two options here are what I think of as adverletters. They’re really advertisements with real estate-related content. The Newsletter would be more content heavy but could include a couple of listings, or not. The adverletters would be direct-response oriented while the newsletter would be content marketing. Both are effective but they are designed to produce different results. Depending on your social media presence, this may be the best offer. I will design it so it will also be a blog post for your website, I’ll put it on your Facebook page, and upload it to your LinkedIn profile. You’ll get lots of mileage from it. I’ve included a copy of a real estate newsletter here.
As a new(er) agent I would go with 1 or 2. As an established realtor, 3 would be my choice.
I’ve put examples of both 2 and 3 on my website, JamesRashMarketing.com.
As a subscriber, I’ll send you weekly emails with notifications of news events and other relative information … Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, rate increases/decreases, etc.
If you would like to get started, please fill out the form below and tell me what you would like to accomplish.
